What you will do:
• Advise members when converting their Aeroplan Miles into rewards.
• Take ownership for first point of contact resolutions for existing or potential new members.
• Analyze member information, provide services and offer solutions to retain members.
• As a trusted advisor in the travel & lifestyle world, build profitable relationships by enabling a positive member experience, every contact, every day.
• Proactively explore and anticipate members‘ future needs with an ability to recommend and educate the member on value-added services and products.
What we offer:
• Twelve (12) week paid training program (including classroom & on-the-job training); next training beginning on November 16th, 2009
• Full-time schedule with varied work shifts: 42.5 hours/week over 7 days coverage

What we are looking for:
• A related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Available to attend an initial twelve (12) week full-time paid training program
• Available to work up to 42.5 hours per week in a variety of shifts to meet the changing need of our business
• Working knowledge of PC (Windows environment) and Internet
• Experience and/or knowledge of a customer service environment
• An aptitude for recognizing and creating profitable solutions
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong follow-up skills complemented by a solid commitment to customer satisfaction
